Love it. Have been coming here since it first opened. Now called The Bottle Room and the new owner has spent a lot of money sprucing the place up. It looks great and it's my favourite bar in Southport. Very friendly little bar with a massive range of bottled beers and ciders. Sometimes it's hard to get a seat because it's very narrow and also very popular but, after saying that, there were six of us last night and we all managed to sit together at the bottom end where there's more space. A great cozy little bar.

  • Philip Robbins

Great place, best beer selection for many miles around, they also serve prosecco, a selection of spirits including that amazing Forgan Gin everyone is talking about. Go for a drink, enjoy the friendly atmosphere, if you're not sure what you're in the mood for the staff are happy to help. Highly recommended.

  • John Croft

I have been coming here since it first opened as The Inn Beer Shop and continue to enjoy the place since Steve has taken over, renamed it The Bottle Room and done a really nice refurbishment of the place. It's unusual long narrow shape makes it very cosy and friendly and the huge selection of British and foreign beers along one wall gives great variety and means that you can always find a beer that you haven't tried before. A great little place.
